Megane 3 2011 3rd break light (upper) not working and ABS light on

Hi guys,

My 3rd break light (the upper one) was not working, I took it off, checked the wires and there is no voltage coming to the wires. I then checked the fuse box took out and put back some fuses in the passenger compartment and engine bay which could have something to do with the breaks, they were all OK. Then suddenly the ABS light came on.
Does anyone know is there a fuse for the break light and how can the ABS and break light be connected.
