Double DIN installation

Hi All,

New to the forum and new to the Megane. I have yet to buy one, but I have my eye on a 2010 / 2011 Megane estate 1.5dci Tom Tom Dynamique. I am looking at the headunits and wonder what options there are for installing a standard double din unit on the MK3? (if thats the 2010 onwards?). I can see renault seem to have made it rather difficult to make such an option?

I know there is a single din with a touch screen interface for dash mounting, but I am looking specifically at a double din unit wondering if this is an option at all?

Unfortunately I don't think there is any upgrade path for the mk3. Especially a Tom Tom version. I have one and I've never been able to find any aftermarket headset that would plug and play without significantly cutting the dash!
Best route is possible speaker upgrades(tweeter instalation) as that's apparently the best way to better sound.
