No rear defrost and mirror

It no longer works rear defroster and mirror.I want to know what its happening.Its a relay fault???Where is this relay.I checked the fuse of 30A its good but the fuse of 7.5 A its not working.not tension.I have an relay yellow in the back of the fuses under steering wheel.its this relay?
