MEGANE 2 YR 2005 PETROL PUMP

Hi am expecting some problems with my MEGANE 2(AUTOMATIC) YR 2005 SEDAN . Can't accelerate after driving for about 50kms, car keeps decelerating to a total stop even if you press the clutch completely, nothing happens. Have to wait a while, then you can drive normally again with the car!!!!
Thought the problem was with the petrol pump, we replaced that but same problem persist again!

Has anyone expect this problem?

Thanks for giving some hint on how to tackle this issue.
