Stop light and brake light on dash

Firstly as a mechanic I'm embarrassed I can't find problem but only 25 so, here goes. Had a misfire on my 52 plate 1.6vvt last week so replaced coil and plugs, cured. Then the brakes started failing, due to replacing rear calliper (brake pipe hadn't sealed), so replaced this. But yesterday when I took it to work, to sort pipe/calliper out, I noticed STOP light and also brake light on dash, me thinking it was due to brakes so didn't worry. Done what needed to be done but still on so replaced pads and disc on front, rears done with previous calliper, but nope still on its starting to do my head in a bit now ha. Any info or guidance would be grateful, believe me ha.

Think I got it the abs light has been on since got car and when I clear it with scanner the stop light and brake warning light goes out too, but comes straight back on when driving gonna sort this then hopefully be cured, then sell the bloody thing
