Dash abs and serv lights on

The car when switched on shows the abs, airbag and serv lights.

The abs lights should go out once the sensor is working.

But what about the air bag light and serv lights.

I read somewhere you can unplug and replug the plugs under both seats and this can sometimes off the airbag light but it didnt work. I noticed that under the passenger seat there seems to be one white wire missing or is this normal. Cos as shown in pic2 below, under the drivers seat theres a black and white wire.

Ive seen vids shwoing how service light can be switched off manually using some trick or reset technique but these are car specific and didnt work for me, anyone know any for 1999 megane
