megane 1999 convertible roof slow and noisy

hi all!
i'm a glad owner of a 1999 convertible megane...
i've got a problem with the automatic roof.
When the weather is cold the hydraulic engine is slow and noisy and when i open the hood it sounds many "beeps" during the operation, so i have to stop pushing the button and push it again to continue...
when the weather is good and hot the mechanism if fast and less noisy....could be an issue with the fluid?

i noticed that the manual says to use only "ESSO UNIVIS j26" but when i went to Renault store the gave me another type of fluid which was for "megane convertible" they said.....could be a wrong one?
any suggestions?
