Amplifier Help

Hi, ive just bought an amplifier to fit into my megane to power my subs and 6x9s, but there is no where at all for the power cable to run through the firewall. There is a gromit just near the battery but i cant find where it leads to in the car, looks like its right behind the fuse box which is tricky to get behind. I have read on the internet that you have to take the glove box out and there is a gromit behind there but my glove box goes right across my dash board. Plus i cant see any wires coming from behind the glove box. I have also read that i might have to run the power cable in conduit along the underneath of the car but where does it enter the car ? do i have to drill a hole in the boot ?

any help would be appreciated as it is doing my head in.

last car i fitted a sound system in it seemed to go in so easy where as this is got me stuck.
