Hi every one first post about my car and hoping one of you experts can help. I have a 01 plate 1.4 manual megane. I had a long drive today which was fine when i got home and turned the ignition off removed the key and the engine did not switch off even with the key removed. The fault panel remain illluminated like the key is in the first turned position. I removed the batterery and swapped it for a new one same problem remainexcept it wont start at all now ( still turns over) and the dash still remains illuminated.
