Rust and flaking paint on the door

Hi just found rust and flaking paint on the passengerside door of the car. Its only 3 and a half.......any ideas where i stand with renault?

that should be covered by renault under their corrosion warranty or even paint warranty! Not sure how many years they cover it for, something strikes me as being nearly 12 years! so if it is u should be well covered! :D
