Removing rear door window regulator

Hi all, had a look through ownership problems for this but to no avail. It may have been asked before and I apologise for not finding it if it has been. Can anyone give me instructions on how to remove a rear door window regulator? Usual Megane problem. Twice in 4 years unfortunately, this time, the cars milage is in excess of the warrany value.
