Anyone had the pully bearing go on the alternater of the 1.5 DCI?
Mine has 65k on the clock

Yes, made a worn gear box noise at about 1800 rpm up to about 3000 rpm, above this the engine noise masked it. Had a new alternator and tensioner / belt on, think it cost nearly £300!!. Car had done 56k miles when it happened but as I had just bought the car the warranty covered it.
