electric window

i have a 53 plate 3 door megane and as of today the passenger window wont operate under the drivers button very rarely goes down on passenger button but not back up so now i have the problem that the windoe is still open and when i lock the car up then window wont go up eithe automaticly and ideas

cheers for the advice i removed the window and door trim then tried it agan with a nice kick to the motor and it worked i darnt use it now though incase it hapens again
what i have noticed now is that the drivers window now only moves an inch every time i try to move it rather than in a nice smooth constent movement when i double lock the car the windows wont wind up and now the drivers side works again so it only works when it wants to does this stil point to regulators or is it sounding like electric
