Fan heater not working on position 4

For ref: both 2 & 4 fan speeds are not working.
Is it copyright tech note 4683? Could you not describe the details privately etc?

Ideally I would be after some step by step instructions. I can undertake most jobs but do need the information to start with.
I have heard before "the dash needs to come out" but how/where the hell do I start? which/where are the correct screws to take out? things like that could save me time, failing that I could be undoing things that are not necessary etc.

I appreciate all comments, but, in order to really help the level of information must be right for me to make a start on a project like this.

...or just do yourself a favour and change the cabin filter annually. This will also stop you breathing the spores of the black fungus.
