Had a coil pack go on me two weeks ago and had it replaced with a new Beru one. Now yesterday had the same problem i.e misfire and toxic fume warning. I checked each coil earlier via the spark plug to earthing point and all four were sparking... Any ideas chaps? Really had enough of this car now
Cheers Dave

Re: More coil pack troubles
I think earthing the coils to an earthing point breaks them rather than anything els! At least thats what I know...
You are better off doing it with an avometer or earthing it through an old spark plug. I'm not an expert, but this is what I think.

Has anybody tried the ebay jobbies? Saw some on there for £18 posted, or should I go for Renault ones?
