my rear window on megane convertible not working any ideas

many thanks, dont think it is switch as none of the 3 switches work , so must be motor

well if none of the switches are working it could either be the motor or the wires connected to the motor could simply have come off or broke , see if you can take the panel off to have a look , if all the wires look fine and connected the only thing it could be is the motor, therefore its a dealership job,

it was regulator renault paying as my car is under 4 years old thanks to all replies.
