please help heater not working

hi ive got a megane 1.9 04 reg the control for the heating/ac has died no lights nothing also noticed parrot and cig lighter not working all were working perfect this morning everything else working fine tried finding fuse for this i found fuses in glove box and to the right of battery don't seem to be for control panel? is there any more fuses any help would be appreciated jimi
