handbrake

has anyone had a problem with the handbrake being on and the car rolling away mine is a 1.5dci 80bhp and it has just rolled into someones house which i now have to fix

Agreed, have just had the handbrake replaced under warranty on my '56 plate...first car I have ever owned where the handbrake has failed!
