Hi, I would like some help please.
My Megane's radio only stays on for 20 minutes before turning itself off. It used to come on and off with the key but now its only turned on manually.
Problem is I dont have a user manual for it. I am sure it must just be a button I pressed.
Thanks in advance Louby.Loo

Hi there! - first of all, welcome to the MOC! Do you mean that the radio stays on for 20 mins without the engine running? If so - that's a standard (but very annoying) feature. If it only stays on for 20 mins with the engine running, or with the ignition on, that's a problem I have not seen before. I'm sure someone on here will know more than me though, great bunch of guys (and gals) on here.

Check your fuses. My wife had the exact same poblem with a clio and it was a blown fuse

OK - as raser says, it is possibly a fuse issue, no ignition controlled feed I would guess. Which would explain the 20 min limit with the engine running. Have a look in the fusebox.

I have had same problems.
Replace rear wiper fuse (I know, it doesnt make sense!) but it does work.
Other symptoms will include failing to start/stop radio on entry or exit, and cig lighter not functioning. Halfords do fuses for about £2 and if you have small enough fingers its a doddle!
