Water in door pockets

Hi,
Every time it rains, my door pockets (driver and passenger front - 4 door Meg 2) fill up with water!
Does anyone know why?? and how can I stop it happening??

Hi mate - first of all welcome to the MOC! Water in the door pockets is a very common problem on the Megane, it's mainly caused by poor sealing around the speakers, (of the plastic membrane at the rear of the door panels). Loads of posts and info on the subject on here - do a search, you will find what you are looking for.

it especially happens when one replaces the speakers with models that go deeper into the door than the originals.....

renault replaced the door sensor for the handsfree - and every since it has rain in the door pockets - so dont keep anything in em !!
