my pasenger window has gone down by itself... the 2nd time this has happened...and it won't go back up! Anyone know what this is and how to fix it please?? thanks

Sounds like the regulator/ try the reset or fuses first worth a go very common fault .

Thanks for the reply Gavin.. last time it happened I loked at changing the fuses but the next day the window came back up as normal without changing anything! A few hours after it going down today, it has come up again slightly but still can't operate it using the button (really weird behaviour) All 3 other windos operate fine, just the passenger side....

Could be the regulator or controle box on motor hope you get sorted soon

Was the regulator! Had it replaced and got lucky this time... Renault covered it
