The Mégane II Owners' Club

Hi all need some help, i have 2 problems with my 02' megane 3dr. Firstly the air con has stopped working, i have been told that the relay has blown but i am having major difficulty in finding it! Any ideas??
Secondly my passenger window has stopped working {its electric} any ideas???

Somewhere on this site there is a Renault manual in pdf format. It's in French but pictures are pictures so you might be able to work out where the relay is.
As for the window, there are several threads about window regulator failure in this section. I think you can get parts off e-bay if you are up to doing the job yourself. If not, it'll cost you a few hundred pounds to get Renault to do it.
