broken window!!!! and needing advice

now then, i put my passenger side window down and then both buttons stopped working and the window will not move what should i do? is there a way i can fix it or should i jus take it backto renault.

Cycle the power for a quick fix (if it is still alive), but eventually it will need proper attention. There were many posts on this subject.
