Hi,
I'm sure I've seen a post somewhere about a website that say they repair keycards and has a really fast turn around.
Our card is faulty, it started of as having to press the buttons in certain places using only your left hand while standind on your right foot and wearing a wooly hat! You get the picture.
Anyway it doesn't work at all now, I'm pretty sure its just a dry joint somewhere or a faulty switch and I'm really tempted to have a go myself but its the only card we've got and if I knacker it all together I won't be able to start the car.
Thanks
Can anyone repair keycards

Don't mean to be silly but maybe its the key card battery that's about to die.

Re: Can anyone repair keycards
Try a new battery (or the one out of the other card) first.
Does it rattle if you shake it as that is a sure sign it's on the way out
I don't recall anything about being able to repair them, but a new one will set you back a bob or two
You've got the cost of the card and then you will have to have it programmed and the other card re-programmed as well
You will need to take your V5 registration document with you to your Renault dealer when you order it (they will not order it without the document)
