petrol cap won't open...help please?

outer flap for petrol won't open on my megan cc...no info in the handbook..is it locked by the central locking, is there a button i have pressed in the car without realising which has locked it, will it be a fault with the flap...no fuel left and don't know what to do, any suggestions welcome. thanks

Oh hell, I had one that didnt lock before and it required a dealer to replace the whole unit. (Under warranty)
Contact your dealer if its under 3 years old, they should sort it out.

Don't mean to sound funny but you're not locking the car when you get out are you? Flap is locked when doors are locked.
