How to remove drivers airbag?

nope the number on the big white sticker in the black folder doesnt work. Washington Renault in Sussex LOST my service book which prob has the code in it, so i'll expect them to supply a replacement code for free, will go bang some desks in the morning

Ok guys, helping out a friend here and saving her a few quid on renault labour costs, struggling with the air bag removal! its doesnt want to budge!!! help me

Disconnect battery go have cuppa for 30 min
remove steering column covers 3 screws underneath
feel back of steering wheel to locate hole
use an 8mm drill bit blunt end push gently into hole
gently pull the air bag forward then up to slide off towards screen.
undo 2 conections air bag is off DO NOT DROP it can still go off

just add acouple of bits. when pushing the drill bit in, It needs a bit of force as to move the airbag out of the clip then the air bag should come slidle off quiet easy upwards.
when disconnection the airbag the wiring should be disconnect from the airbag side. there is a clip on each side you have to lift with small screwdriver before the plug will come out(both colour coded so it wouldnt be wrong.
if you are replacing a like for like wheel from renault there is a center line already on the spine and wheel so you just line it up ,
