Go to ebay.fr and type in search words "pommeau megane". There are constantly new original leather knobs on offer there, can't imagine where they're originally from.... Didn't stop me from ordering one, though! 8-)

how did you pay for it - if you don't mind me asking!? Only a couple of people there had a Paypal account, all the rest wanted a cheque (I think!).

I took a chance and wired the money electronically direct from my online bank service (or whatever these things are called in English). I had the benefit of my friend having taken the same chance earlier, so I knew the seller (bison-fute) would probably send the things rather than just take the money and run...

I used auctionchex to pay bison-fute, which worked and I think was the cheapest way.

Is there anywhere that sell the 6speed gear knobs with the resesed numbers in the uk ? dont fancy going to renault not at the price they'll charged

I've just sorted mine by taking a dremel to it. Engraved the digits back on then filled in with black marker and covered in clear nail varnish. Doesn't look too bad from a distance!!.
