drivers window problem

how do you re set the drivers window, mine is stuck in up position. i have read about regulators on here but is there anything else i should check. thanks in advance

They can be reset by holding both front buttons in the up position for about ten seconds. I think while the ignition is off. Worth a try 1st.

Done the fekn reset thingy

But no use

Back drivers window stuck doon

took inner panel aff

and cable looks tight at botom and slack at top

When trying to put window up - or down via switch

Can hear the motor trying to move - but nowt happens

PS - wheres the regulator located in the car - and any one got a link to e bay where you can buy a regulator ?

OOps its a 2004 1.5 diesel 5 door megane
