Xenon lights for Europe

Hi everybody.

I've recently bought a F1 R26 and love it.
Does anybody know if it is possible to alter the xenon's for driving in europe? There appears to be screw on each light?

If it isn't possible can anyone advise as to where I can buy a set of continental xenon's that won't break the bank!?
