2004 Megane DCI Electric Windows/Sunroof fault.

I've a friend who has a 53 plate Megane DCI, ALL the electric windows and electric sunroof have stopped working at the same time. This was in the last week or so. Fuses have been checked and all seem to be fine.

Does anyone know if there is a control module/relay where the power for both the windows and sunroof runs through?

You could try disconnecting the battery for a couple of minutes then re-connect it and hope that everything re-sets itself.

Have you checked the fuses next to the battery in the engine bay... Im sure I saw window/sunroof fuses in there yesterday when i had it opened.
