Oil Levels

Any ideas how i can manually check my oil level on a 54 plate Megane? I Looked under the bonet and can't find a dip stick? :?

the oil cap is the dipstick mate, twist it and pull it out :wink:

the dipstick on my 53 1.6 vvt is right at the front of the engine in the middle, but low down near the bottom of the block. it is a little difficult to see.
