HI,MY MEG HAS PROBLEMS WITH THE HANDS FREE OPEN AND CLOSE.SOMETIMES IT WILL WORK AND SOMETIMES IT WONT.IT WILL OPEN WITH THE CARD BUTTONS NO PROBLEM JUST THE HANDS FREE HAS A PROBLEM.DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS?????

a very common problem with the handsfree system! Most likely water ingress via the door handle buttons or something - if your car is under warranty, it will be fixed. If not, a new door handle for each faulty handle is required. I recall they aren't cheap either! :shock: £100-£250 I cannot remember sorry...

i had a problem with locking mine and they didnt replace the handle but they replaced the sensor within the handle (as mine was sorted with a private non-renault warranty)

job done and had no problems since (touch wood!)
