bumper mouldings and side trim removal

does anyone know how to remove the bumper mouldinga and side trims without damaging them so i can colour code them?

SOMEONE MUST KNOW HOW TO DO THIS ???DO I HAVE TO REMOVE THE BUMPERS?DO I JUST PULL THE MOULDINGS ON THE DOORS?PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the ones on the doors slide off towards the rear but not 100% sure.

i have now removed the door mouldings. Front doors push to the rear and the rear doors push to the front.As for the bumpers i had to remove the bumpers to release the mouldings as they have a 3 prong clip which needs messing with in about 10 places. Hope this helps anyone.
They are now all colour coded and make the car look miles better.
My bodyshop pal rubbed down the texture on them and made them as smooth as a babys ass before painting them.SWEEETTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i dont know how to put pics on,so any help would do nicely.
i ddnt pay a penny called in a favour,but my mate said it would usually cost around 100 -150 for the whole job.
