injection warning light

Postby L_Stix » Thu Dec 06, 2007 10:03 pm

Today while I was driving on the motorway which was up a slight incline the service light came on and the injection message was displayed. Once I got to the top of the incline the warining light and message went off again.

Could anyone tell me what might have caused this and how I could fix it?

Lots of posts on check injection warning light on here. Most as mine was seem to be solved by replacing the glow plugs. Mine was running fine but lights went out once plugs were changed. Not sure about going up incline though!!!

I am experiencing the same problem......Every so often the message "check injection" appears and it runs like a pig.....Next time I drive it, everything is fine.

Cars a petrol model...so glow plug aint going to fix it
