--------------------------------------------------------------
Fluid specification for the Megane II & Scenic II range are as follows..
Gearbox oil Capacities for the :
JH3 Gearbox fitted to 1.4 (K4J) & 1.6 (K4M) petrol = 2.8 litres
JR5 Gearbox fitted to 1.5DCi (K9K) = 2.5 Litres
ND0 Gearbox fitted to 1.9DCi (F9Q) & 2.0 (F4R) Petrol = 2.1 Litres
In all gearbox types above the oil is filled through the filler plug that is located on the FRONT of the gearbox casing. The oil is poured in until it overflows from the filler hole..
Do not fill through the Breather pipe located on top of the gearbox casing..
The Gearbox drain plug is located under the Differential on the bottom of the gearbox..
Engine Oil Capacities with an Oil filter change for the:
2.0 Petrol (F4R) = 5.4 Litres
1.9DCi (F9Q) = 4.7 Litres
1.4 (K4J) & 1.6 (K4M) Petrol = 4.85 Litres
1.5DCi (K9K) = 4.6 Litres

In the UK we only use one side for a fog light. I don't think the other side has a bulb in it, and I haven't checked if it's wired or not.
I remember a discussion where some early 03 cars had both sides wired up and the topic of changing the bulb came up one time as they were travelling to France where you drive on the right side of the road (opposed to the left in the UK).
Some later cars didn't have both sides wired up. And I also think someone (possibly from Australia) did mention they had a bulb in both sides but only one side worked.
An oil change every 3000KM (that's 1865miles to everyone else) seems extreme but suppose it depends on the enviroment you're in.
In the UK, Renault have told us 29,000KM (18k miles) but that caused turbo failures. They now recommend 15,000KM (9k miles) with a filter change.
Renault probably get the light units with the bulbs in and they just wire it up. They aren't country specific so all have bulbs regardless.

That is a very short oil change interval.
What does your service indicator state as "Distance to next service" How many Km's?
What grade and quality is the oil you use?
In the UK Renault specify a 5W30 oil for the 1.6vvt that must meet the ACEA standard of A3 but do also allow a 5W40 or a 10W40 oil to be used as long as it meets the A3 standard.
A fully synthetic 5W40 oil will be pefectly ok in your car and will be more suitable given the higher ambient temperature in Jordan, and you should be able to run it to 9000kms without doing all the intermediate changes.
