Probably the resistor failed and the connector burnt out.

Is the blower motor at the top of the facia and it is easy to withdraw ?
Should it withdraw from the right og left side footwell ?

I can see WEBCODE says it´s esay DIY :) but on a German website, they say that it´s not only to move the glovebox, airduct ?

If you only need to take the glovebox out then it is easy, there are only a few screws.

No no it´s the whole blower motor, but where exactly is the blower motor, on the top/bottom off the facia.

It´s look like the blower motor also fasten too the stell (inside the car)

If blower positions 1, 2 and 3 are working but 4 is not working then check the connections on the resistor pack connector.
On my Megane, the connector for position 4 was corroded, hence the problem above.

I replaced my bloer resistor loom 4weeks ago and 3 pins have burnt-out already it was cheap from ebay so ordered a original one.. The resistor was replaced and that's fine so lesson learnt don't buy cheap sh1t.
