air con not working after filter change

hi , this may be a coincidence but last week i changed my air filter for a green cotton one and fitted a new pollen filter , since doing this my aircon doesnt get cold anymore , it was working fine before hand but now its just blowing out normal air and not getting cold at all , any one have any ideas as to if the filter change may have affected it ??

I changed my air filter to a green cotton filter and my aircon is still OK. Not sure if any of the pipes go anywhere near the filter box though.
