I have a 55reg 1.5dci I had its first service at 18,000 can anyone tell me when the second one is due (36,000 I guessed).
I can't find my Megane book anyware at the moment (we have just moved).
My change oil light is on but the service light has not come on yet
we have done 32,600 miles (in 19 months only contracted for 30,000 over 3 years..... opps looks like we will be keeping it).

So your Megane has a 12000 mile or 1 year service interval?
What model/engine/year is it?
If it was serviced at 12000 then in theory it should be 24000 or a year from the last service!
Can't understand why it's saying it needs another around 20K unless the miles to next service was not reset correctly or somethings gone tits up

What model is it Dan?
Some models had a 10,000 mile service interval, 2004 built dCi's iirc so it could be connected with this.

Right
2 posibilities.
If it's a 1.9dCi 130 FAP (Diesel particulate filter), then it will need sevicing every 9000 miles or 1 year, whichever is sooner?
If it's a 19.dCi 130 (Non FAP) which it sounds like it is, then it should be 12000 miles or 1 year.
So in your case your next service should be due at 23876 miles or next Feb (2008) whichever comes first.
If your still unsure, check with your dealer.
