Hi, I went to start my car this morning and it sounded as if the starter did not engage properly, when I tried to start it again 'check injection' message came on and the car was running rough and idled at 1500rpm. I called RAC and when they plugged in the diagnostic computer he told me the fault was a 'Throttle Actuator Control Fault' and it was a main dealer repair. So drove to the dealer as best as I could with the RAC van following behind, went in to sevice department to book the car in ( no chance until next wednesday

). Then got back in the car went to drive back home, my engine was perfect no fault code, smooth running back to normal. I have been driving round in it for a few hours around town, motorway and it seems ok.
Do you think that because it did not start properly this morning it caused this fault to appear?
thanks
