doors wont lock?

hi all have an 53 plate meg i locked car friday night .sat mornin open doors with the card key got in drovr off only to hear a beep looked at dashboard boot open stopped car ad a look boot shut checked doors all shut open boot again shut again stil boot open,went to the local reno dealer (m'bro) guy behind counter was not really bothered said leave car but could be a couple off weeks when they ave a look(**** poor attitude if u ask me) ,said phone reno assist/so did that aa came out only to confirm that i would have to take back to reno garage,anyway had to look in manual to see if icould lock the car .now i have to keep drivers door open and press anti-intruder button for 5 secs then shut the door and doors and boot are locked. well my own conclusion is that the boot celoniod (senser) is broke but has anyone else had this problem.

Looks like I've got the same problem on my 54 Seanic. My wife called to say the car would not lock. Screen shows the boot is open dispite it being closed. Sounds like a fault boot senser. She's gonna call the dealer.

Did you have any luck with yours Clembo?
