Map sensor intake manifold values

Do you know the values in kpa or psi ?
Intake manifold sensor
I have a Megane 2003 1.6 16v vvt
Iddle it is 37 kpa
And when i push the pedal it goes to 100 kpa
Is this ok ?
I see other obd on youtube with same motor have different values
14,5 psi
100 kpa
All are idle seen on you tube ...
I ask because my sparkplugs turns black in 100km
And after 100km it doesn.t start
I have to clean them again
