Newbie question, what coolant does a 2008 Megans Sport r26 F1 need

New owner and a bit of a newbie to Renault, but just love it so far!!!

What coolant does a 2008 Renault Megane r26 F1 use as i need to "top up" but cannot see the colour currently used !!

Any help or advice would be very much appreciated

Prestone universal can be added to any colour. 7 quid for 4 litres from Tesco. Its pre mixed to 50/50 concentration and can be used as top up or stand alone on a full flush.
