The Mégane II Owners' Club

Hi all, I have a Renault Megane 2006 (around 67,000 miles) and am having problems starting the engine. Car was running fine, then parked for around 3 weeks during somewhat wet weather. Tried to start it last week but engine didn't start, there was merely a clicking sound. Radio, lights etc seemed to work fine. Got ourselves a jump starter kit which we wanted to test today, however, now the key card is also dead - doors won't lock/unlock anymore even though we changed the battery in the key card.

Battery totally dead in car, probably. Undo passenger door with emergency key, pop bonnet, connect jump starter kit following instructions and start car. That would be my first guess.

Yup. Worked for me when I ran my dodgy battery flat.
