Bottom arm replacement

Postby Malroy » Sat Aug 17, 2019 8:18 am

Can anyone help please
Replacing the front suspension bottom arms on my megane and have found the subframe vertical support plates which need to be removed in pretty poor condition. My problem is I don't know the proper description for them so struggling with search for replacements. Those of you who have done a bottom arm change I'm sure will know the items in question. They have four bolt fixings, two top and two bottom and size is roughly 250mm x 150mm. Mine which I assume are originals are pretty corroded so if anyone can help with a description or even better the part numbers I'd appreciate it.

Of course I can take them to Renault or a breakers but thought I'd try here first

Cheers
