Rough start-up, anyone seen this? [video]

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to post this in case anyone might have seen the behaviour before or have any guesses what it could be.

This only happens on first cold start-up such as when the engine has been left overnight, otherwise it starts normally.
It shows codes for PO340 and PO010, but I have tried three different camshaft position sensors and it still has the same problem.
The car also stinks of petrol and it seems to be coming from the exhaust.

Could this be the crankshaft/TDC sensor or maybe the dephaser pulley? Only thing making me doubt this is that from what I've seen these components going faulty normally results in the engine not starting or cutting out, which I'm not seeing currently...

Any thoughts welcome!
