D and N Missing from Megane II Instrument Cluster

Hey everyone,

Wondering if someone could help me. I changed my instrument cluster in my automatic Megane II, I did this before with no problems but I tired the procedure here and it didn't work.

After replacing it. I used my launch master x431 to read the setting from the previous cluster and program the replacement. This worked fine before.

In this case, all settings were restored but I'm not getting the Neutral (N) and Drive (D) indicators however I am getting Park (P) and Reverse (R) showing up fine.

Would anyone be able to advise me on what I may have missed or what could be causing this issue?
