Top engine rattle

Hi recently developed a top engine rattle on 2007 2.0ltr megane convertible.
Starts fine and quite untill engine is warm but noise on idle dissapers when revs higher sounds like a diesel when ticking over any ideas please.
HELP PLEASE.!

Starts fine and very quiet as it gets warm it devolps slight vibration through steering but this dissapers after a few mins but engine has a noise top end rattle on tick over sounds like extremely noisy tappets but this goes when accelerate as soon as reves drop the sound returns does any one have any ideas what this could be please
