Megane 2 problem need help (safe mode)

I have megane 2 1.6 16v starts normaly and after 10 min of driving ,
engine fault lamp turn on and the car dirve only for 50 km/h
fault codes appear : DF080 Camshaft dephaser circuit programming inconsistency
