electronic fault

Hi all currently driving 2003 megane 2.0 16v dynamiqe,
yesterday i tried to fix non opening panoramic sunroof and boot release button. had ignition on and was checking the fuses pulling out one by one.
pulled ucf aliam fuse out now i have the dreaded electronic fault showing with service light and stop sign showing! also steering not locked aswell. car starts ok . but no clock radio or wiper wash working? any ideas.
