Low power, no pulse to injectors

On my renault megane 2-1.5dci 2006, I am assuming the power supply to the injectors come from a built-in relay in the fuse box. Cannot find any information on how to identify these relay pins. I have 2.8 v going to injectors & no pulse coming from ecu. I need to know if the power wire to the injectors goes to these relays in the fuse box and where. Car won't start. No codes for this problem. Please help. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I'm responding to your post unfortunately not with a solution but looking for help for the same identical problem. My megane hasn't started in 6 months. Injectors 2.8 v no pulse. Tried everything. Please when you solve your problem let me know. Thanks
